Buildings in select neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Queens may be eligible to receive an additional $2,000 per kW saved, up to 100% of each measure cost, and up to 100% of the total project cost. Get more information about the Neighborhood Program.

Eligibility

Please review the following requirements for eligibility:

Electric Saving Measures

Customers with a Con Edison commercial electric account averaging over 100 kW peak demand on a rolling 12-month basis, excluding multifamily buildings.

Gas Saving Measures

Customers with Con Edison commercial gas accounts, except those with a service class of SC-14 or receiving service via a negotiated contract.

Steam Saving Measures

Customers that have a Con Edison electric account, an active Con Edison steam service, and are saving both Con Edison electric energy and Con Edison steam energy.

Fuel Oil Measures

Customers with an eligible Con Edison electric account that can provide proof of their annual fuel oil usage, proof of purchase, and are saving both Con Edison electric energy and fuel oil.
