- Acceptance of projects submitted for the LTO is subject to available budget and funding. A sold project may not guarantee access to rates. Failure to adhere to timelines or eligibility requirements will result in project incentive adjustment to base rates or may result in project cancellation.
- The effective start date is February 24, 2025. Projects sold before the effective start date are not eligible for the Limited Time Offer.
Elegibilidad

- Debe ser propietario o administrar un edificio residencial multifamiliar con 5 o más unidades residenciales y tener una cuenta de electricidad elegible de Con Edison.
- Los proyectos de nueva construcción solo son elegibles para incentivos de bombas de calor geotérmicas, no para incentivos de bombas de calor aerotérmicas.
- Los edificios de uso mixto con espacios multifamiliares y comerciales pueden solicitar el programa según el tipo de uso dominante, el cual se determinará caso por caso.
- Todos los edificios existentes están sujetos al desmantelamiento del sistema de combustible fósil existente para el alcance del trabajo de calefacción del edificio.
- Los proyectos de alcance de trabajo que abarcan solo áreas comunes no son elegibles para los incentivos del programa Clean Heat.
- Los proyectos presentados no deberán haber iniciado la instalación.
